That Riots plan for Talons lore is have whatever explanation you the player comes up with for what Talon is doing in the lore so long as it follows the three pillars of Talon's lore MUST be canon The three pillars of Talon lore being- 1- Talon loves blades, and longswords, but vehemently hates doran's blades 2- Talon was brought into the family of Katarina, making him in as few words as possible 'Innately Badass', and using his power of badass he must search for, but at no point actually find his adoptive father (because if he did the story would be over and that can't happen) 3- Talon must wear a hood that obscures his face so that you the viewer can not at any point see the full glory of his face in all its badassery

These are the 3 rules that must be followed to make your canon Talon stories

For example If I say "Talon steals the Blade of the ruined king and then lost it gambling against Ezreal, whom he had decided to try to bait into telling him any details on where his father might be through Ezreal's love of treasure, he then lost all his money but somehow came out of it with a new sword and at no point removed his hood" then that must be canon because what else could possibly be true?

In short its a bad meme, but I've concluded Talon is in fact so cool, that he can't get real lore.
