so after playing many many games on taric and playing him now on my alt account the way i build him is the most efficient way to build him as far as mastery goes. the other key stones really do not sync with him all that well, which is why i take windskeepers because he is a melee version of janna and raka but cannot heal as well as them so the % of bonus healing and shielding adds up quick that is all
