When Rival Team tries to gank a Fed ADC and all AP Soraka duo ...

You'd be surprised how often the enemy team tries to just tank / nuke my ally- and thinking i'm not a threat. When they do try to go for me, I just cast E underneath myself so when they finally reach me- they're snared. :)

Only a few are wise to dive for me and cast say their ult, killing me and finally being able to deal with my team.
