my favorite is when someone who isnt experienced rumble picks to counter teemo. I always fight lvl 1 cuz i know that should be the only time u straight win a 1v1 without any miracles. but the counter picker doesn't know all the keys to winning the lane and the powerspikes for each champ. he just knows it is a champ that should win the lane typically :)

I'm not experienced with Rumble; I hesitate to pick him under even ideal conditions. My answer to a Teemo is usually Garen, rushing E first, getting magic resist/HP/s items and being VERY patient.

well, if you do play like a bitch, which is smart against someone who can harass you out of lane, this is where wave management/control becomes very important if you're ever going to get to farm.

I typically play Pantheon against Teemo, but that's because I had to stay a Panth main just to keep myself at Silver 3.

Pantheon's not a bad choice against Teemo. You have a natural shield to block a few shots, and Pantheon's a caster. It negates whatever blinds Teemo manages to actually land.
