Your "Godly Teammate" story

I was playing Mundo top today and I fed 2 kills to Riven, but then this Ashe... holy fuck this Ashe. She shot every arrow top and everyone of them hit, I got so fed and soon became unkillable, It soon got to the point where Ziggs Skarner and Riven all used their ults and I still lived. That left bottom and mid lane free and they absolutely destroyed the enemy team.

Ashe Ashe... you the real MVP

So what are your "Godly teammate" stories? What games have you played where you know that a teammate pretty much singlehandedly decided the match?

Way back when I was level 28, there was this one guy that introduced me and the enemy team to the concept of the Jax splitpush.

Dat Ashe.

Zyra I was playing Zyra in a game where I had... Jinx, I believe, as my carry? We harassed the enemy lane so hard. Every single time something with a red hit point bar came near us it died. It was hysterical because I managed to make sure she got the kill on every single one of them, and I got nearly every assist. At one point I figured I'd go and ward up the enemy jungle, and left her alone in lane. when the enemy team showed up they tried to swarm her and she got a triple and sent the other two running screaming back to their base where the rest of our team was waiting. Fastest run on summoner's rift I think I'd ever seen.

One of my Hexakill maps, before the game started I noticed we had two supports. Morgana and I had plans to cover both lanes. I say plans because as soon as the fighting started, everyone headed to mid for the opening teamfight, and our team got 4 kills to their 1. We then made a continuous, united team push in both lanes, not giving up a single minion in our relentless push to the enemy towers. The enemy team made no forward progress through the entire game, and we very quickly mopped them up. They unanimously surrendered at their first chance. They were probably spamming it as we destroyed their lower inhibitor (that was me! I did that!)Zyra Morgana BFFS

Vladimir I will never forget this vlad top that had the soulstealer vlad skin. I was playing vayne at the time and he was in mid about halfway through the game. He was decently fed, and knowing this, the enemy team surrounded him.

He got a solo pentakill by the time I got to mid to help.

I played with a guy who last picked Gnar in normal draft after I had already selected a top lane champion. He said he would feed if I didn't let him go top so I decided to play as our support (I don't recall my pick, but it was bad for bot lane). After getting to lane, Gnar said that he was going to feed anyway and then proceeded to give up 14 kills to the enemy Darius. I wasn't happy. No one was happy. The game was obviously over. And then, Gnar says this, "Alright, time to try."

He carried that game so hard. I've never seen someone play so well after giving up 14 kills. Somewhere out there, there is a Godlike player who enrages his teammates and then softly soothes them as he loads them into his backpack.

Played a game against Charles Barklius a few weeks ago. He roamed and picked up a bunch of kills with Zed, though I did manage to dunk him a few times with Darius :D

But we had this Xerath who was landing all of his skillshots, blasting the Hell out of everything and carried us with the help of our Lee Sin.

Not much of a fancy story, really. The Xerath was just damn good.

Blitzcrank, on two separate occasions, with two separate players, I believe.

On the first, I followed him around as Soraka support, utilizing our respective speed boosts to gank EVERYWHERE, with him nailing every grab and me proceeding to silence/root them with Equinox while Blitz beat them down, healing and Starcalling as necessary.

On the second occasion, I was DrMundo top, and he kept nailing the grabs, right into my Burning Agony, and I was never more fed.

I had a game as Veigar Veigar mid and we had a Braum Braum support down on bot lane. This Braum forever made Braum my favorite support champion.

Not only did he manage to feed both the ADC and himself, I was having some issues with Xerath mid (this was right after it was changed so he could move while charging his huge laser thing) and I was 1/2/0 and almost dead when this Braum charges up out of nowhere and leaps to me, and saves my life, then he fires off Winters Bite and gives me the moment I needed to stun and nuke Xerath back to Hell. Right after I do that top, both bots, and the jungler charge into mid out of the bushes and I'm like "shit my stun is down" and this Braum fucking uses Unbreakable and blocks Nids spear, then he takes all of Lucian's Culling and hits WW with Winters Bite again, saving me from his ultimate. WW then ulties Braum instead and Darius is coming in for the kill from top. My wall is still on CD for a few seconds so I Q WW and run to my tower. Braum then leaps to me AGAIN and uses Glacial Fissure to disrupt the enemy team, now all in one spot, giving my stun just enough time to CD, allowing me to dash back in, plop a stun field down, and retreat like a little bitch while our jungle and top come down and finish off WW, Nid, and Lucian. Darius got away, but I got a kill and 3 assists which allowed me and my team to turn the tables and win the round.

In an ARAM I did yesterday as Malzahar, The Alistar on my team gave me a quadrakill by headbutting a minion I placed my malefic visioins on into the enemy team who was all low on health. He did this around 8 times the entire game, as well as being a god tier bodygaurd for our Katarina.

That Alistar was amazing in so many ways, I even added him to my friends list and did a few normals afterwards, Turns out he is just one of the best Alistar players i've ever seen.

i had an udyr on my team just wrecking faces. he got a penta, soloed baron etc. yet somehow, the enemy azir got a penta later in the game and we lost because our azir was having connection issues all game. i have no idea how rare a penta on both teams is, but considering pentas don't happen often, that was a pretty crazy game.

WiseFrozenNinja11/11/2014, 9:37:18 AM3 votes

In normals I keep running into this Ashe whos like lv 27 or 28, She keeps going ashe top....... I watched her DESTROY and i mean DESTROY a jax, the next game a Garen, and another A Katarina....... I think every game i had with her my team raged at her, like no you arnt going ashe top or i afk, some nonsense like that.... then she carries and they honor her after. Its pretty funny.

Like 3 years back I had some crazy Vladimir player in my team who was literally LITERALLY running rings RUNNING RINGS around the entire enemy team in their base. Like this troll was literally taking circles around their base, pooling and healing and pooling and healing(I think you could pool the mother turret at that time in the game, cant be sure. He was so fed he probably just ate the damage and healed back up), and every so often he killed an enemy or two, with the other 3-4 guys just trying to chase him. These 3-4 rounds of the base before he finally died(after picking up like 4 kills) was the highlight in a match where literally 9 people fed each other and this one Vlad just massacred anything he saw. He had like as many kills minutes in the game. It was the most ridiculous thing I had ever seen. At the end of the game which we unfortunately lost, our whole team just said to vlad, "Oh captain my captain." I'm not even sure what that even meant but we just went with it.

Two godly teammates actually.

Playing Aatrox on SR, bot lane was Braum &Draven , mid was Yasuo , jungle was Khazix . Draven fed the enemy Ahri and Graves , D/C'd about 10 min into game. Kha was picked off when he tried to do drag about 15 min into the game, so all that was left trying to defend what was left of mid was Braum ,Yasuo , and I. Yasuo told me to initiate on Graves , so I did just that. Braum jumped onto me, used his ult, Yasuo then used his, and all that was left was Ahri and MasterYi, so we just picked them off after a long chase. We rinsed and repeated, but when Yasuo /Braum ulti wasn't up, Khazix and I would poke and delay pushes. We eventually won the game, forgot to add Braum and Yasuo because of a doctor's appointment.

My inspiration to never surrender.

I was playing 5v5 normal with some friends and one random, and then MasterYi

I think we've all been that guy once or twice, but i love when i get a team mate that you just watch and your like "holy fuck, can you miss?"

Can't remember a game that stuck out recently, but a good friend of mine only plays Lux when we are with our lower elo friends. Take her mid, Double kills bot from the dragon pit. Steals enemy blue from mid (other laner is like "haha u missed." then notices that he has blue buff.). Steals baron late game, just a god with the Laser.

I have a friend (silver 1) who is the best adc i have ever seen, who regularly destroys a friend who is diamond (who also mains adc)

One of the many stories I have of him is because of a bad call of one of our teammates we all died and it was left up to him to defend the nexus turrets. Through a bit of luck with one super minion blocking riven, exceptional timing, and his amazing ability not only did he get a penta kill but proceeded to walk straight down mid lane, destroy the inhib, take down both nexus turrets (which were at about 1/4 each since we died doing that) and died 1 hit before the nexus died which I followed up on winning us the game

When I first started playing Kog'Maw I was ADC with Thresh as supp Vs. Caitlyn and Leona. We were losing pretty hard constantly getting poked out and when I W'd she'd just wait it out as well as dodge my ults. So we end up getting 4-man ganked by the enemy jungler, Lee Sin, and mid-laner, Yasuo. Our mid who was a Lulu and our jg Kha'zix rush in to help and we go 2 for 1. So when Caitlyn locks her ult onto me, the Thresh flashes in front of me to not only block it, but to land a last hook onto her. I initiate off that killing Caitlyn with an aa + ult and with some more aas, Void Ooze, and some ults I manage to get a triple out of that.

This was quite some time ago, but it's a hard thing to forget. I was triple queuing normals back in season 1 with a couple of friends. I was playing support and my friends were rolling ADC and Mid. One of our pugs said nothing, but the other called Taric top. He seemed really confident, so we just went with it. After 5 minutes and three unreturned, it was clear that we had never seen a Taric like this before. He continued in the fashion the whole game, murdering the enemy team while remaining an unstoppable juggernaut. Needless to say, we got carried hard. The real meat of this story happened when Taric hit level 11. He immediately asked "want to take baron?" We protested, "It's too early," "ADC and Jungle are down." To our worries, he merely replied "It's cool, I'm Taric." Given how well he'd been playing and his sheer confidence, we trusted him and headed to the baron pit, expecting to be forced into a hilarious retreat. Imagine our surprise when we get to the pit and find that we're too late to land even a single hit. That Taric solo'd baron before 20:00. I have no idea how he did it.

I only wish I'd thought to record his summoner name.
