Build 5 Warmogs and 1 Cinderhulk and you're already sitting at a crap load of health. The cinderhulk wll also make the health stacking go faster.

Easy, have three rakas and three wukongs build Thornmail, Sunfirecape and a crap ton of health and Warmogs and have them sit in their enemy team's bases and keep the minions from going down the lanes.

I think it's still faster to stack health with Sion this way. Couldn't a single one hold all 3 lanes if he sits at the nexus after destroying the nexus turrets?

Only if the Soraka is wearing order of the banana skin or a custom skin that makes soraka a banana. ONLY THEN, may this happen. And also, it think he means over time not at once
