Even with 45% CDR, Vayne still has ~5 seconds to attack you before you can apply Wither again.

Considering how much damage she can deal, that will probably be enough to kill you.

Not really, consider that wither lasts 5 seconds, and the cd at level 5 is 11, at 45% cd its about 6~ seconds, reduce the time the wither is active and you have about 1 second where wither is not active on vayne

... I'v met several. The thing is because half the player base (if not more) has this bias do you know what some vayne one-tricks deal with? It's easier to fling salt then apologies. If you got yelled at for every minor mistake in every game would you be salty?

Yeah gotta agree, I've met other champ mains who break their cliche's, like a few nice yasuo mains, master yi mains, and Draven mains who weren't toxic and were surprisingly pleasant, however, I have yet to meet a Vayne or Riven main who was a decent human being.
