lee sin is the jungler overlord since season 2 always permapicked in the lcs but riot decided to remove azir from game cause he was too good in the lcs well atleast azir was only good in lcs

He wasnt really always permapicked. His pickrate in LCS jumped after Rek'sai nerfs. For a while it used to be only Rek'sai and Elise.
