Things Your Jungler Secretly Hates

Feel free to suggest your own, going to just throw a few of my peeves on here to get us started. This isn't about some "Laner versus jungler," thing, it's a for-fun "This annoys the living crap out of me when you do it, stahp," list. Some of them actually damage my ability to do my job but most of them are just frustrating.

Also this isn't directed at all laners, and I'm not generalizing. It's supposed to be a fun thing.

** 1 When I'm not even in your lane yet and you kick it into hyper-aggressive mode. ** completely telegraphs my ganks and basically waves a sign saying "Run, you're being ganked." This one is extremely annoying and very common, and if you do this, it makes me not want to come back because it'll be a waste of time.

**2 Asking for a gank when you're under your tower with a slew of creeps near it. ** I can see you're being pushed, but you're probably at low health and would lose too much gold. Not to mention creep block. Good laners probably hate when bad junglers try to gank in a situation like this, so here's to you, good laners. I feel you.

**3 Tunneling so hard on CSing that you fail to see my message in chat telling you I'm ganking. **

My "On the Way!," ping and my two "Target [Enemy]" pings also seem to be ignored, resulting in me having a 1v1 slugging match with your opponent before scurrying under your tower, putting me behind significantly.

**4 Not building defense when behind then still playing aggressively. **

This is the kind of stuff that results in a 4:0 Riven counterganking me mid. It is tremendously difficult to offset the pressure of a feeding lane. Losing gracefully is a very difficult skill and it really makes everyone's job a lot harder than it has to be.

5 Not reacting when I need help and warned you before hand.

When you're pushed to the enemy tower and have wards down, that's fine, and I may take the opportunity to tell you then ping it that I'm venturing into the enemy jungle to counterjungle and ward to track their jungler. Please react when I ping 37 times that their Shyvana found me and your enemy lander mysteriously disappeared. You know where they're headed.

** 6 Complaining about my farming when it's not even 7 minutes in yet and I'm playing Warwick/Fiddlesticks. **

Obviously won't pass up obvious opportunities but these two in particular need to rush 6 as soon as possible to reach their massive power spike.

** 7 Stealing my farm when I'm literally next to it and about to take it because it gives me more than it would you. **

At least let me smite the thing,...Those chickens give me some free vision control, helps me gank and safely attempt dragon. That gromp increases my clear speeds when I'm a tank.

** 8 When you're at base and don't have Teleport or it's on cooldown, I'll last hit minions in your lane until you return and perhaps trade with your lane enemy a bit. **

I'm NOT going to shove the wave unless I can reset it, calm your tits.

**9 When I ping to do dragon or that the enemy is doing dragon and that I need help and I am ignored. **

Lack of cooperation makes me feel like it's barely a multiplayer team game anymore. I'd understand if situations currently prevent your reaction, but this one happens too frequently. Objective control is a huge part of my job, and you're preventing me from doing it.

** 10 Not upgrading and using you trinkets. **

A lot of the jungler's job is objective control and pressure. Well, that's all it is, actually. Everything else branches off from this. In any event, if you have a free trinket and it's only a 250 gold to upgrade it to effectively get 2 free wards or 1 free pink for the rest of the game. This vision control results in better calls, meaning better objective control and a better chance of winning. Please remember to upgrade and use it. This hurts the whole team if you don't.

11 When the enemy laner is at 25% HP and we're both 75% and you freeze lane right outside tower range.

Push that shit in and let's dive his ass. Especially when its someone squishy with low CC and we're both tanky.

12 Not taking the blue buff when I look at your lane and it's pushed up, and I pinged blue 32 times.

30 seconds later? "WTF jungler, where's my blue?"

Raging at the jungler for ganks when your lane is beyond lost

I know you lost lane. But if the enemy Darius is 5/0, i'm not going to gank. It will result in a double kill for him. I'm just going to salvage what I can from lanes that still have a chance at doing something.

OMG junglez no ganks. Well if you wanted one, you shouldn't have fed Darius 5 kills in 8 minutes.

When I ping blue buff 3 times (once when I start, once when I've killed both small minions, and once when it is in smite range), you don't come or respond in chat that you do or don't need it and then thirty seconds later ask for blue

I had a top laner who died 4 times by the 10 minute mark. I ganked for her once before she died, then after I left she died. She blamed me the whole time saying I didn't gank her. I responded with "Top lane didn't get a gank the whole entire game and they did just fine killing you. You didn't know when to play it safe and no amount of ganking will fix that" and she went on and complained how I was a horrible jungler.

TL;DR- When a laner doesn't know how to play it safe and they want you to babysit their lane literally the whole game

How about when your laner is the initiator like top lane Maokai, but you still have to initiate cause they keep pussyfootin around.

What you said about number 2 is not the case some of the time and could cost the game. Number 6 is most time you being slow in that case because both can gank or give control back to your laner.

I do agree with most outside 2 and 6.

To be honest, I don't think many of those are secret hates.

Mid lane friendly Yasuo taking your blue as the only person alive on either team at 50 min without permission. Or just any mana-less mid taking my blue without asking. Or just people taking my blue without asking.

When I get asked for a gank when I just saw the enemy jungler thanks to a ward walking towards said lane that is asking for a gank. I will attempt to countergank at best, but I won't gank because the enemy jgler will countergank with with very little effort and possibly net a double kill, especially if you are behind.

secretly

I may not say it aloud but that doesn't mean it's a secret.

Yes, exactly.

When they try to steal your camps and you end up taking the little ones with your AoE but they take the big one, doesn't get much more sub-optimal than that. I swear half the mana used lategame is spent denying gold from junglers and relic supports.

When one of them refuses to let you pull dragon out of the pit. And then Leb/Xerath/Fiddles kills their dumb ass with impunity.

When they greed for a kill and end up buring sums and taking tower hits without getting it. You could have snowballed off that gank, but now you aren't even ahead anymore.

When they call for a gank and do nothing to set it up or bait, especially when it's an opponent with an escape. Then they probably won't even follow in time because the caster minions are too delicious. The people that cry about no ganks tend to be the same ones that think getting a gank means sitting under tower with a bucket of popcorn as the jungler 1v1s.

When you've been controlling dragon all game and then lose the 4th one because everyone ran top as it was spawning, even though you were pinging it.

When I'm trying to gank a Blitzcrank and the bot laners chase too far and get pulled into tower. Cue the "omg why don't tanks know how to tank turrets". (Seriously though, in low elo don't try to be aggressive on a Blitz that's near turret. You're basically just baiting your teammates to death because they won't respect the pull).

You should add :

Complaining about not being ganked when you have been ganked only once by the enemy jungler If I'm not there to help, it's just because there is other things to do on the map. I'm still being useful. I'm not your puppet either.

If you are already losing terribly your lane, don't expect much more I'm not gonna die trying to help you when something is way less risky and gives a better reward.

The list would be pretty much complete

2- I said in some case not you should all the time.

6- ww can gank pre 6 just harder to do. Also even if it do not lead to a kill you can make other team laner burn flash/ghost it also make them pushless. Also fiddle is not that squishy so he can gank pre 6. Also sorry if you slow at clearing camp but both have fairly good clear and can get to level 6 before 7 min.

like 1/15 junglers actually just last hit the wave. i will always ping them to gtfo because they always push it.
