The Yorick Skin Meme is DEAD

Two months ago, Riot revealed that several champions who haven't received skins recently will be getting them within what is now a 10 month timeframe (big timeframe ≠ long wait). They specifically mentioned Cassiopeia, Viktor, Yorick, and Illoai, but added that others were on the list.
