Tristana at all the dragons flying around, Azir at whatever he's telling the soldiers to fight

Azir is also looking at a dragon, but he's looking at Sindragosa. http://drakoshi.net/sites/default/files/images/662887696.jpg Ya know... since that skin is totally based off the Lich King. https://i.ytimg.com/vi/yu1EE7GheD0/maxresdefault.jpg

I don't it's based off of Arthus. It looks more like Sauron from LOTR.

oh c'mon. He shares way more similarities with the Lich King,

  1. Glowing blue Eyes
  2. Very similar helmets
  3. Pauldrons featuring skulls
  4. Same color scheme
  5. Can summon undead soldiers at any time

And one of the Lich King's memorable quotes is "I will show you the justice of the grave..." :P

Here's a side-by-side of the three http://i.imgur.com/yx1pQrT.jpg

Also the other skins this patch (other than Dragon Trainer Trist) are WoW themed as well http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/story-art/eOx8tPdT-new-skins-on-pbe-are-wow-themed

Aaaahh, that makes much more sense now. It's just that he doesn't seem to be ice-ire.
