In the picture, it looks as if she doesnt have items, runes, or masteries

And Going b would be pointless if you arent taking harass or getting items

i'm learning adc for the first time this season, my last hitting isn't that great but it seems like a great way to work on it

99% of anyone gold or higher recommend this method for learning to last hit, though I haven't progressed to this step yet. Most of them recommend that you start with your normal stuff, then when you can get most of the cs (Around 90 at 10 min) you take off your runes and masteries and do it again. Then try it again with a bot once you have mastered the no masteries and no runes step.

It took me 3 attempts, but I managed to get this, no runes, no masteries, no items. For some reason though, minions in a different lane pushed down a turret, that didn't happen in my other attempts. The attack speed buff is from the valor mark passive.

hold ctrl and press print screen (or prt scr if it is abbreviated) then open paint and hold ctrl and hit v.

70 isn't much in 10 min but it is harder than it seems, especially without pushing down the tower on accident, not to mention that this is with no runes, no masteries, and no items.

This is my MF attempt, though I wasn't trying very hard...I did notice however that the minions on the opposing team took out 3 turrets, yes both outers and an inner turret, in other lanes....
