Draven has a speed increase. Garen breaks free from slows and has a speed increase. Sion has his ult, which he cannot be slowed during. Skarner has speed for days. Warwick gets bonus speed on targets with low health. Jayce gets speed through his gate, every time he switches weapons AND has a dash on his hammer Q. Olaf is up there with WW as a counter to slows... Since his ult not only gives him a speed boost but makes him immune to CC.
