Why Black Cleaver against an Adc? The only defensive stat it has is hp
ADCs 5 shot stupid tanks but any smart tank will save their engage and fuck them before they can even shoot 2 times. And if you build hybrid tank on 
or basically any assassin you can just 2 shot the adc and still have like 1200 more hp then them plus all the bonus armour because if your going tank you you better get >>>> cause this shits stats are too guuuuud
