Short for weeaboo, an insult towards massive western fans of japanese modern culture. And he has a Nyan Cat as sapling, as well as the kind of costume that is way more likely to be serially produced in Japan than pretty much anywhere else.

Not a Nyan Cat, this leads me to wonder if you've ever actually seen Nyan Cat if you think that's what it looks like. There are like a bajillion Cat Onesie's(however the hell it's spelled) on sites like Amazon and EBay made by American producers. The amount of racial stereotyping in this post beats my friend's poem on Indian soap operas.
