Back during the Strength of Ages keystone I would play full stacking Nasus. item 3040 item 3042 item 3027 item 3027 item 3041

It's funny because it's one of the few games I actually managed to one shot someone, not even using E or anything. One Q and they died. Also amusing because I started as AP support Nasus and transitioned into a Q stacker mid-late game. Didn't stop the 1k stacks from rolling in.
