League of Legends Weightlifting and Exercising Challenge.
I thought it'd be helpful to make a sort of workout program for people who play League and want to get in/stay in shape in a simple and easy way. Here is a rough program for balancing gaming and fitness. If you have absolutely no self-control like myself and have to use some structure to be productive, this could be very helpful.
Before playing League for the day, you must perform a variety of stretches for a minimum total of 3 minutes. EX: 30 second calf stretch 30 second hamstring stretch, etc until you have completed 3 minutes of stretching. Additionally, this must be performed after every 2 games. So you would start the day with stretching, play no more than 2 games, and stretch again, repeating every 2 games. Between games, you may do this during champion select and the loading screen as long as you are both actively stretching and paying attention/communicating to your teammates.
Games allotted for various activies:
Working your job: 1 game per 1 hour worked, up to a maximum of 5 games. EX: You work a 7 hour shift, you can play 5 games for that day.
**Weightlifting: **2 games for 30 minutes minimum of weightlifting. You must reach 30 minutes or you get no games at all. Because too much weightlifting without rest is counterproductive, you can only get 2 games per day from this, so weightlifting for an hour or more would still only result in 2 games.
Light/moderate cardio such as walking and hiking, and sports: 1 game per 30 minutes. No limit.
Intense cardio such as swimming, cycling, jogging, etc: 1 game per 15 minutes. No limit.
On days which you do not work a job, you get 2 free games.
Here's an example. Someone who works a 4 hour shift (4), does 30 minutes of weightlifting(2), 30 minutes of walking(1), and no intense cardio will have 7 games they may play for that day.
Exceeding the amount of games you have earned is failure.
Good luck and have fun. See how long you can stick with this. Follow these guidelines and you'll become as sexy as
