let's see, parrrley+key+300 AD is a total of 1050 damage with IE crit and 1250 damage with sheen even if it ignores armor it can't do 1400 damage

It never has.

Physical damage Sheen effects are the litteral only on-hit effects that apply on Powder Kegs.

The bread and butter Crit-keg Damage is around 1200 with a regular build, against a Squishy that is.

So you tell me buddy lol

The Bonus Damage from LDR would bring it to 1380, if it were a flat 1200 before the 15% damage amp, and that still really add up because you did have a ton of Armor, because that 1200 is against a Squishy
