I wouldn't say weakest.

She's just not enjoying her usual large amounts of play right now (wasn't she #1 or #2 most picked last patch? Yeah...) . Champions come and go in popularity, right now she's not in the spotlight.

I still see her so much though.

3 ranked games , 3 enemy Rivens. All with level 4/5 mastery. They sucked.

Yeah. I played Wukong against a Riven and my Vi jungler ganked like 5 times in 20 mins. It was great for me. All the Riven could do was trash talk in chat: "Camp much?" "How many times you gotta gank?" "Haha, tryhards, takes 3 of you."

Meanwhile I just focussed on continuing to smash her in lane, making sure she received minimal farm whilst I ganked other lanes a couple of times. 'twas gr8

I messed around with Riven a couple of times. She's not weak. A first time riven easily bullied a GP out with no problem and could easily avoid ganks.

She isn't broken (get behind and you're doomed) but she isn't weak.

My opinion is implied. When you write, do you always say, "I believe..." or, "In my opinion..."? While not as applicable to informal conversations, in writing you will generally want to avoid those statements. Because I am the one writing it, it is directly implied that the contents of my writing are my beliefs. Did you read what I said and immediately assume it was a fact? No; judging by your comment you recognized it as my opinion and disagreed.

The words I used reflect the great disdain I have for this "joke." You may think it is hilarious and you are entitled to have a different opinion. Once again, I'm glad you enjoyed it because I definitely did not.
