I know, that's what I'm trying to do. The thing I want to see is if a post split right down the middle will make it to the front page or if it is purely dependent on upvotes.

Still at 0 so thats going well, not on the front page yet though. Is there a way to show how many upvotes/downvotes you have as opposed to the combined number?

It's probably somewhere in the coding or whatever, but I'm no computer nerd, so I couldn't tell you. Also, it's just an experiment to see if getting to the front page is purely based on upvotes or if being "controversial" as I like to call it (having a pretty even number of upvotes/downvotes) has anything to do with it.
