Performing an ability animation in real life will cast that spell
What do you cast or attempt to cast? Or accidentally cast?

Lulu's W. It'd certainly make me a bit more intimidating. And rushing to work couldn't be such a big deal, too.

Riftwalk (the old version) cuz no one else can get from on end of the rift to the other faster (maybe a TF who ults from fountain with homeguards)

Zileans Resurrect. I mean i could def skyfall without special greaves if i had a resurrect, c'mon guys.
Shen's ultimate would almost certainly be one of the best abilities you could have. A cooldown of a couple minutes is nothing outside of a combat situation. The only catch is that you would have to know where someone is to be able to target them, and I'm not sure how that might work outside of League of Legends.
TF's ult would also be good, and it takes care of the vision problem for short range teleportation.
Karthus Ult every few seconds, by then hopefully everyone besides me is dead.
