I think I've died to karthus ult only a few times ever. I know not to let myself get low when he has it up, or to play champs with spellshields (I mained Noc in s3/s4 when I saw him the most). My team however will give him a quadrakill. And has done so many times. His q spam though, that's not to be taken lightly.

To be fair though, Adaptive Helm is going to make Karthus' Q and E a pain to use vs tanks that build it.
