It works, but it requires careful timing and Rek'Sai needs to have an active spell shield to block the damage so that it doesn't get interrupted. It also follows things like Nocturne ult or TF ult, as well as summoner spell teleport.

It's broken only in certain circumstances, and a lot of champions are like that anyway. I can see Warwick top being picked against Shen for the free teleport into a teamfight.

It also works if you Q some one right as Kalista ults them. You hover around in the air next to her until they come out of the ult.

if it means letting my dog bite rain or stick his head out the window then I'll allow it but open air like that fk no. That's dangerous and i'd freak out if I did that to my dog, but I can't pick him up so meh.
