Fizz is really unhealthy for the game I feel. I don't know if anyone else has flashed/ dashed away from his ult right when he casts it only to just have it snap to you when your already behind your own turret, but I think its ridiculous that he can literally walk up, get stunned under turret, finish you off with his absurd damage, then walk away with half health as if nothing ever happened.
He is only weak until lvl 3, where his playful trickster does 300+ damage and it only takes 2 aa to finish off a target with 700 hp left. It doesn't even matter how much you harass him, he starts flask and pots so there is no hope of using your pre lvl 3 advantage against him. If anyone knows a champion who can harass him out of lane efficiently without being able to die to him without counterplay at lvl 3 please tell me, because the only champ that I think can pull it off is Swain.

There's this champion called 
that runs rampant on Fizz despite his lack of mobility. Good luck dodging (Q) Power Transfer's TARGETED AUTO ATTACK, (E) Death Lazer and (R) Chaos Storm's INSTANTANEOUS CAST TIME and consistent AoE DOT that can be moved. Add the fact that Viktor can just drop Gravity Field on top of himself should Fizz think he can manage more than one auto attack on him.
Oh, and did I mention Viktor is meta FOTM right now and has yet to be nerfed in the slightest? By all counts I think he's the best champion in the game right now from a competitive standpoint.
