undue the rework to the previous one riot that is all thanks im sooooo happy now wasting money on the battle cast skin only to have you screw him uo with the stupid rework with the useless passive and not to mention you made him weaker.

You're late to the party dude, Skarner rework was almost 2 years ago.

You should stick to recent stuff if you're looking for excuses to complain about Riot. Dragging up the distant past just makes such efforts look silly.
