Why hasn't TF been nerfed yet?

TF is wishing that he had ulted after had come out of the outhouse.

TF is one of those champs that seem super OP when you play against them, but.... well, I tried playing TF and I was terrible.

That is one seriously small outhouse... How tf do you fit through the door? Especially if you're an even close-to-overweight person...

In all seriousness, TF does seem a little strong right now. Nerf worthy? I wouldn't say so quite yet but he should definitely be on the watch list.
