As a Taric main I must say you are wrong, that is how it feels just loading into the game.

Honestly, I still have no idea how to build/level new Taric. I just pretend I am supporting and build IBG with Grasp of the undying. The damage cheese is real.

The real trick though is owning every skin, only playing 5th age, and having mastery 6 not because I don't have the tokens for 7, but because 6 looks better with the skin. Oh and having an outrageous name.

Am I the only guy that plays Taric merely on the account that he's a legit support?

I tweak my build left and right, determining whether Bond of Stone or Windspeaker's Blessing is superior, picking between Relic Shield and Ancient Coin, sticking frontline in teamfights for the most part but also healing and shielding the backline carries, getting Bloodstone Taric simply because it was on sale and implies the feel of a tank. I do all sorts of stuff to make sure my support game is on point and all the Taric mains really say is "get AotFA Taric and look fabulous"?

Clearly something's odd here.
