Well, Riot hasn't announced this year's Ultimate skin, so who knows? Would definitely be cool having his arms change for his ult and it could be a great excuse to update Pulsefire Ezreal to the level of DJ Sona and Spirit Guard Udyr .

Riot has stated that their goal isn't to do yearly ultimate skins, but instead to release ultimate skins when they have a good concept that can give the value you expect from ultimate skins. They don't want to release another spirit guard udyr which is basically the quality of a legendary skin at best.
