I agree with Fizz and Yasuo. Fizz can dodge targeted abilities and do ridiculous burst and sustained damage on top of that. Yasuo's damage is just way too high for how much mobility he has. Even if he goes 0/8 if he buys an infinity edge he can still pentakill.

Yasuo (imo he isn't ridiculously OP, you can get fed off him, just dealing with him is irritating) Fiora - ult which makes her invulnerable, doesn't fall off at any stage of the game. Nasus - basically a brain dead champion which can win the game if he's stacking at an OK pace and his laners manage to hold it out Ezreal - too mobile Ahri - too mobile
