A fed Veigar? Where can such mythical creature be found?
Dude, are you drunk? Even if (which is very unlikly) Veigar is fed, he still cant stun you, and if oyu have any Mr he cant kill you, even if his full combo laneded on you.
And he cant harass you with his Q if oyu stand behind 2 minions,.... so fuck him. If he comes at you, just flash over the stun and completly kill him. (or blink over, like Fizz, Kata, Talon, Zed etc. etc. .... fuck dashes, many mid champions can blink so it didnt help him any way.)
