Give Graves a special taunt/interaction since he can't have a cigar

Since Riot won't give Graves his oh so demanded and wanted cigar back but so many others get things (or deserve them) I say Graves gets a special taunt/interaction withvarius champions! I had intentions to fill them out but it's becoming slightly overwhelming so help me fill them in and help Riot with their next legendary Graves skin which will just be Graves with a cigar but have an entire voice over of these quotes.
