Yes. It's been known since practically his first movie that it's radiation he is shooting from his mouth. Godzilla was never meant to be a giant upright walking wingless dragon. He was a monster born in a time when the planet was covered in massive amounts of radiation, and later awoken by the atomic tests being done in the pacific. (This is all going by the actual cannon lore by the way.)

My first time I was playing Shyvana. I was on the run with my adc and sup going up mid lane back to base with three people chasing us and gaining on us. Everyone was low on health cause we had just gotten out of a bad team fight. Since they were gaining I decided it was better if I died and let my adc and sup escape rather than us all die. So I ulted back into the three guys chasing us, used my E, hit W, and was rapidly mashing Q. To my surprise I hear "Triple kill!" and I found myself standing over their corpses. My team was so stoked about it and we pushed through their last mid tower, took inhib, and managed to end the game about 3 minutes later.
