everytime i play kat i change the hotkey for my ult to the delete button

Kat isn't OP tho... you basically CC her once after ult and bam, she's pretty useless. The rest of her kit can burst but unless she's extremely fed, its over for her.

"just cc" argument applies to any squishy champion, but the fact is that your not always going to have your hard cc up, or aim it amoung the chaos or end up using it on another attacking you. only careless kats would jump on someone with hard cc up, i just like to worm my way into team fights and ult after i know nothing can stop me, regardless a full build kat will delete multiple squishes in the blink of a eye with q-e-w.

You're supposed to save your cc for a katarina ultimate, if you don't and your entire team burns everything you deserve to get melted for not properly playing against someone.
Aiming CC among the chaos isn't hard with a champion that roots herself to deal damage.

oh boy, let me just save my strongest ability for when kat blinks ontop of me and let the rest of the team melt me while i wait. i said before that it would be careless to jump on someone you know can stop you, her damage isn't just defined by her ult, her normal rotations qew can easily 100-0 people, get reset, rinse wash repeat then ward jump/ally/minion when she is in danger. i'm sure you heard this before but counter picking isn't counter play and thus not a sign of balance.

what her problem is stems can get easily outranged by most champions when trying to q, expensive items, conditional escape and very weak laning phase as well as being nerfed many many times.

i'm not saying kat is op but she is incredibly strong with her having the highest penta kills rates of any champion

Meh, Kat is a specific case though. Unlike other squishies, she's melee and has no defenses. To make the best use of her ult she has to get in the middle of the fight - obviously, as I assume you know assuming you play her a lot - which opens her up to land CC easily and burst easily. Pretty much only low elo(and I mean LOW elo, even up in Silver we usually have CC to stop a Katarina) does a team not have enough CC to always have some kind of opening to CC her. Its especially bad for her if the team has a Nautilus or Udyr who just has to AA her once. Even if they eventually don't have enough CC, I'd assume a bunch of either yours or the enemy team would be dead, and whether or not Katarina could turn that around in your favor or not wouldn't necessarily mean she's OP, it just means squishies are beating rekt by an assassin(surprise).

Honestly, kat isn't op... I main kat and climbed from bronze to Gold V playing her alot and facerolling dem bronzies, but now i'm Gold 1, I don't own as much and got to play way smarter in order to win because people up there are smart and know that they can totally deny you by not giving you resets. Kat is not op and almost not played in high elo because she's extremely easy to counter.
