hecarim's pretty easy to kite... just not in a traditional way...
he WILL get on top of you, it's just surviving that and putting some distance between the two once more that's the hard part, but his E is on such a long cooldown that he's very vulnerable to kiting once he's gone in
I just realised I said 'on top of you' and 'once he's gone in' while talking about a horse champion...
