Flu season is here, avoid the plague (Morgageddon rolled a critical failure and was wiped out by pesky buggers). We followed through on our promise to roll back positional ranking, a high elo ranked reset is coming, and the love/hate train is focused on Riven. Q Q Q your way out of danger, stay awhile and listen, we’ve only got a few issues this last week.

Follow-Ups:

  • Mac voice still not working properly
  • Checking in on the issue from time to time for periodic updates

Server Stuff:

Third Party failure leads to login issues on NA (3/5, ~46 hours) A small number of players report login issues. Further investigation by PS shows a small, but increasing number of players who still couldn’t log in. Riot resources disable a third party tool, which allows the blocked players to log in.

Store API delays RP fulfillment (3/8, ~34 minutes) A delay in the store process causes RP fulfillment to be delayed. Investigation and fixing of an HTML error page fixes the issue.

**Game Stuff: **

Spike in Team builder errors cause Play button to grey out (3/12, ~33 minutes) Automated alerting notifies the NOC that Team Builder errors are spiking. Game starts dip low, and PS reports play button is graying out for various players. A reboot of the team builder service fixes the problem and players are able to play normally again.

Player Support Issues:

We’re seeing a minor spike in Client tickets (issues that pop up after you log in). Check to see if a full client repair and these extra steps might fix it. If not, please contact PS!

I had 5 straight dodges in a row where people didnt lock in. Then in the 6th game I got Dcd 3 different times and forced to dodge because I couldn't lock in. Any ideas? Also: my ping has jumped from 60 to 100 but has remained stable, and my friend's last years ranked banner has disappeared.

guys am i the only one that thinks riot games are waiting their hard work on the champions stories and could make a really great mmorpg? i bet u guys want it too lets gets this so the devs can see my post. Honnestly im even ready to pay like 200$ for the game x)

Hi I am having the bug which greys out my "PLAY" button and says "we aren't able to create lobby ". Sometimes I also lose my icon and friends list. I could make the client work if I keep re-openning and closing the clients for several times but it is still frustrating. I saw some suggestions about going into the location of the game RADS>projects>league client>releases>0.0.0.192 and open the clients.exe but seems still not fixing the problem. Are there any suggestions on how to fix this? BTW, full repair and re-downloading the game could not fix

cada dia empeora esto empiezo la partida y se congela totalmente el juego lo peor me penalizan por un error que ustedes cometen al actualizar todas las semanas necesito una pta solucion ya [zombie-brand-facepalm]
