Our team wanted to be a bit more transparent around server issues, as well as other information that the NA playerbase may want to hear about. This is 100% a work in progress, so feedback around what’s here, or what you might want to see, is highly appreciated!
Your weekly dose of server problem-os, NA League news, and other!
Stuff happened this week. The rarest of all patches rolled out: the infamous b patch. Ashe’s comic rolled out, and only one thing broke (so far).

Server Stuff:
- Blackhawk prepaid cards failing to redeem (12/19/18, ~ 3 hours). One prepaid card type starts seeing issues with redeeming RP. After several hours of hawking over the issue, Blackhawk notifies the NOC they have fixed the problem. Test cards worked, and messaging was removed.
Game Stuff:
- Nothing major to report. Instead, here's a tiny rhyme.

Player Support Trend:
Californians might be seeing a slight increase in ping and connection issues. If you are from Cali and see a slightly higher ping than normal, or are starting to disconnect, it may be routing issues with your local ISP that should be resolved soon.
We may be Blitzing, we may be running amok in normals, or possibly just enjoying the RNG in ARAM. Happy Holidays!
