Our team wanted to be a bit more transparent around server issues, as well as other information that the NA playerbase may want to hear about. This is 100% a work in progress, so feedback around what’s here, or what you might want to see, is highly appreciated!

Twitch Rivals just ended, Pre-Season is officially over tomorrow, LCS returns this weekend, and the Season 2019 opening cinematic created a whole bunch of screenshots (someone made a screenshot for every frame in the song...wut).

**Server Stuff: **

Crafted skins not currently in the store require a relog to use (1/18, ongoing) A change to an old db structure causes a desync between player inventories when new items are crafted. Players can then craft skins, but the Client will think they don’t have the new skin until the Player relogs. Until this can be fixed, players may need to relog to see skins they crafted that aren’t currently available in the store (legacy/limited skins).

**Game Stuff: **

Wrong season borders showing in profile (1/8, ongoing) Well, last season ended and we pushed out the banners for last season, but it’s not the correct banner and can even show the wrong division as well. To fix it, we’ll wait for the next full patch to deploy with 9.2.

Sorry to say that but now ur matchmaking is like trash. I cannot win all day by playing with some **, even though I am carrying. May u plz fix this? I am done.

I don't really like the idea of having a different rank for each role, I feel like a good player should be able to play in each role on the same level. Playing 40 placement matches is just too much and it really upset me upon release. Also if there is a system that ranks you by role, then I feel like you shouldn't be ranked by win losses but rather by how you play overall in that role.

New jungle has done the opposite of what was intended. You guys claumed that you wanted less ganks because early level gankers we too prominent. Getting rid of xp in the jungle does the exact opposite it makes ganking essential if a player is not playing a good early level ganker that player can no longer scale and carry the game like before. If you are to keep this change to the jungle you need to seveerly decrease the time it takes for camps to respawn because this makes every farm jungler or jungler that can only gank with lvl 6 useless. I dont understand why every time a new season comes jungle gets another nerf. 2 years from now it feels like jungle is going to be a walking support because the camps are so useless to take.

Hello riot games ,, i have an idea to make league of legends fair fights ,, just one thing players before joining the game they pick there lanes and some of it goes auto fill okay then make people must play one adc and one support champion not allowing him to pick mage at bot lane and like yasuo only for mid and top not allowing him to get a smite and pick champions jungle because he picked mid lane from the beggining so thats the point to make league of legends great ; because srsly it's not funny to see karthus and veigar at botlane thats not fair

Can you fix your program breaking down? I am in the middle of a match and I get a warning 20 minutes in that my client (As stated by my computer) a 3rd party program has broken down. It kicks me out and I have to restart and re-log into the game. Maybe if you worked more on fixing the real issues and not worry so much about account transfers. People can chill in a server for a bit longer while you fix the REAL issues please.

This new ranked system is completely biased to the extent, that you'll have individual ranked for every lane. In my opinion, is that League of Legends is already bad as it is. No need to try to make it fresh again and again.

Just let it be for a couple of years instead of making such high leaps without testing the issues first!

Was looking forward to old ranked. New version of ranked is everywhere. No game has constant. Teams seem to be unbalanced and i feel like im going no where if im playing a different roll since i now am ranked in 3 different positions. I may just become a 1 trick so i can only play 1 roll so its kinda like the old ranked system.

How do you expect normal people who have to work a normal job to be able to have enough time to play placements in every single role. As well as having to do 2 separate ques. And now since its this way theres no way ill be able to play any of my other accts. I feel that riot will be the next blizzard and everyone will hate the game and eventually people will play those scrub games like smite and dota. And there you guys will be to rot at the bottom of every game ever created. Even lower than fallout 76 god rest its soul. I hope that whoever thought of this idea will promptly be canned because of their lack of a brain.

I still have silver border in every other queue outside of solo/duo which has my PLATINUM border. Give me my PLATINUM border in every queue, this issue has not been fixed. Not hard.
