Ahri's Foxfire ability

IMO Ahri's Foxfire should give her a 3 or 4 second speed boost of maybe 30%. I say this so she has some option for mobility when her ult is down or it isn't the right time to use it.

4 reasons why this is a great idea:

First is it'd help her fantasy as a mobile/elusive champion out.

Second is she has a pretty cool cast animation for this when she's running.

It'd give more value to the skill so you can start with it instead of a charm (reposition to set up the charm) and give Ahri users more options.

I don't know about everyone else, but her Foxfire seems to be a weaker spell nowadays since it can't clear like Orb or multiply her damage like charm. I know it can do good damage and has its uses in you don't have to target it, but it doesn't seem great on its own. This would make it something you'd want to level up instead of being "well I maxed Orb and frankly E doesn't scale well so I'm forced to level W." This would give it its own purpose.
