when is riot going to add one jungle item at a time

You already only can have one jungle item. They are labeled as gold income, so you can't even roll a jungle item and a support item. Now if you're talking specifically about , they can stack that because it doesn't provide bonus gold, but that'd be relatively useless because its passive is unique.

I mean if you see a MadStone jungler what do you do? You pressure lanes, you make him leave his jungle. MadStone just gives him regen in the jungle. Its the same as playing against other junglers who stack Feral. So easiest way to counter is to play someone that puts pressure.
