Dorain's Shield > Relic Shield
Face Of The Mountain needs to be reverted to its stats pre 4.3 update especially if people dont want to see Dorain's shield on each and every melee support played bot lane or at the very least add another starting tank item that will build into a decent hp + hp/5 + CDR item. Who wants to give up hp + hp/5 so that they can give ~~+5 more gold and a ~~ 40 hp heal EVERY 60 SECONDS? even with the current Dorain's shield you can get more HP in 60 seconds than with Relic Shield ( 72 hp/60 seconds) and spend the gold you're going to save on something like warmogs / sunfirecape / vissage... sure every 60 seconds i might get 12 gold with Relic shield but I WILL BE POKED (if either the support or the ADC know what they are doing) so it wont be worth it! Lose 50+ hp (yeah you can heal 40 but it will still end up with you losing hp) or lose the chance to get 12 gold... its not a hard choice for me i'll just take dorain's shield and that 1 minion every now and then anyways so I'll get the HP + HP/5 + passive AND THE GOLD! If that pisses my ADC off well riot made it hard to chose Relic Shield over Dorain's Shield :| Not to mention why should I worry about giving my ADC 5 extra gold (removed 5 and 10 extra gold from killing minions from the whole FoTM line) any extra gold every min if its going to constantly cost me 50+ hp?

I think the numbers stand to speak for themselves but lets compare the OLD Relic Shield line to the NEW Relic Shield line....
Relic Shield: +25 hp, -6 hp/5, -5 extra gold for minion kill, 2x cooldown, -2% hp heal
Targons Brace: -4 hp/5, +15gold cost, -10 extra gold for minion kill, -1 max charge, -2% hp heal
Face Of The Mountain: -10 gold for minion kill, 1 max charge, reduced 2% heal to 1%
Yes it's taken me a while to finally log into LoL and actually look at these items and compare them to their older selves but when I did I realized that Riot made Dorain's Shield an even better pick than the other starting items AND reduced the effectiveness of tank supports with this... "tweak" they did when they called the FoTM line a "moderate risk moderate reward" set of items. I don't know about the rest of the LoL players but a Melee trying to kill a minion near an ADC and a Support has a HIGH RISK of being harassed which is why ALL ADCS ARE RANGED where as poking another champ from a decent range (FQC line of items) is a more moderate risk moderate reward line of items. If any of the tank champs could hit the minions from a decent distance away then it MIGHT be a moderate risk thing to do but as it is its not!
