Talon Gets Gimped

So any other talon players feel like they are getting gimped when you're 3/4's the way over a wall (with your E obviously) and you get hit by say a lux/morg Q and you're instantly back on the side of the wall you started on? Riot did a patch a while ago for champions with mobility abilities that prevented them from being CC'd at the start of their ability but made them be CC'd at the end of it, like Hec's ult, Lucian's dash, lee sin's Q ect, however this doesn't seem to apply to Talon's E mobility ability and it just seems a bit wrong to me... :/
