@Riot... why?
So... you guys at riot... make standard supports unable to compete with tanks like Leona, Thresh, and Braum or real mages like Morgana or Annie who go bot because they also have nice utility... then you proceed to nerf every support, mage, or tank thats still viable into the ground with 100% disregard for their other lane experiances....
So... what this all means is rito will nerf any champion that enough QQ post are made (except for lee sin ofc rito real nerfs for lee sin?) instead of reading the "buff real supports" threads and doing so which would push morg back to midlane instead of being 1 of 4 gods of botlane support

Black Shield has a lower base and R doesn't nuke as hard.
Regardless of how she's played (as a mage or a support), Morgana brings a lot of utility and damage to the table, so we're looking to reduce some of her overall effectiveness.

While we don't usually talk about specific changes in the context, reducing the base value on Black Shield means support Morgana will have to choose between the defense it provides and the offensive power she gets from leveling Dark Binding, while mage Morgana will be less affected with her AP ratios compensating at rank 1.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ this whole section is a load of shit... support morg takes one rank in each ability till lvl 3 then she proceeds to lvl however she wants.... where the hell are you seeing morg's take E before Q? or even maxing E before Q? since botlane will be mostly AD dmg it wont even pop the nerfed shield at lvl 1 no matter how you put it this is a direct nerf to midlane morgana where as support morgana can just shrug this off because she wasnt suppose to be AP carrying in the first place so why would a support morg miss 50 dmg per target on her ult when it was more for the AoE stun than the AoE dmg? what about midlane morgana? 25 pts taken from her E at rank one she wont have shit for ap to scale at rank 1 E so i'd love to know where you're getting your data? not to mention Base + ap scaling - 25 VS old base + ap scaling still means your shield is now 25 pts WEAKER at rank one than it was before hand... so how can it be "compensated" for with her ap scaling if there is no buff to her ap scaling?

So what you've done is nerfed Morgana because so many people were bitchin "morgana op support" where she wouldn't of even been down there in the first place if standard supports were even viable... i mean you guys just "fixed" sona into the trash can till her next rework or huge buff in AP ratios... why don't you at riot just remove "supports" all together from the meta as that is the road you're litteraly heading toward with every nerf beating you give to each FotM support... and they only become FotM because you've nerfed everything else that that set of champions are the ONLY ONES LEFT that can still do the job >.> i spent 30 bucks in RP 2 days ago cuz even though i was pissed as all hell at the way the "sona" rework was handled (and done for that matter) i still liked to play LoL in my free time... i bought Ghost Bride Morgana, Vi and her Officer skin, and Hec... and i think i'm already begining to regret it... how long will it be before you at riot can either stop hating traditional supports and buff them? then people who play other champions (like morgana) dont have to suffer because they can do a better job than the champions YOU DESIGNED for the role but then GUTTED AND NERFED INTO THE GROUND! Sona anyone? Soraka? does anyone even remember the last time Zyra was played support let alone mid where she belongs? and why is that? cuz zyra has gotten nerfed to hell, soraka's gotten nerfed with "buffs" on the side that dont compensate for the nerfs, sona... well... sona's not around any more... :|
