these two champs bring alot of utility to a team fight without really trying. Infact i'd rather you make Nerf something other then damage. They can shield and speed up there team.I have been playing for a month now and never have i seen lulu picked as a support it's 
and lulu her on the same team it as much fun as having cancer

May I refer you to the 150% AP ratio on Karma's ult-q?
I will acknowledge that her damage falls off endgame, when tanks have stacked up a lot of MR, but in the early and mid game (which, if you and your team are good, is as far as the game should get), Karma does a ridiculous amount of damage.

Nameless Voice1 votesBut she does a lot less damage than a dedicated damage mage. She's balanced by her damage being lower in exchange for her utility being higher.
I loved on her, but that item has been hit so hard by nerfs now that it's become very situational.
