Armor/Level Quints
So why are these so tremendously weak?
3 Flat armor quints gives 12.78 armor at level 1.
3 Scaling armor runes gives 1.14 armor at level 1 and 20.52 at level 18.
Why give up 11 armor at level 1 for a whole 8 extra armor at level 18? Armor is much more effective at level 1 anyway.
They don't even equal out until level 11.
Does Riot purposely make all per level runes really weak?
