how in the heck is Caitlin and garga's not cancer in the bot lane?

is more of a control adc, while being completly viable she falls short in small burst trades, someone like could out trade caitlyn and eventually force her out of lane. especially since its hard for caitlyn to use her ultimate in 1v1 or 2v2 duels.

is a high dmg support but offers little to aid the adc in protection or sustain. While supports like this can work its not the type of support you'll see in meta almost ever. Support champions will always fall off in dmg since they cant guarantee a gold income that matches the scale of the other champions and cc or buffs tend to work better on these champions because those will still help even after they fall off.

what you said about about zoning and bullying may be true but champions like and can close distances quickly with death sentence or relentless pursuit and will most likely win those engages.
