Gragas Bug with 4.12

Hi all,

Has anyone else noticed that after 4.12, when you proc W as gragas, if you immediately target a minion, the damage is deal instantly after proccing but there is no animation for it. Also, not sure of this one, but it looks like you are able to double tap q and proc the barrel to explode as soon as it reaches the destination, and if you tap right before it reaches the destination it can explode early. Is the second half intentional? I can record it when I get home, however I am at work now.
