Something League of Legends Needs

I love League, and when I am out, and don't have the capability to watch videos on it, I always look for something to read. I feel like League is really lacking a consistent Article site. Magic the Gathering, has that in Star City Games, and I love being able to hop on my phone when I get a chance, and read a few articles, whether it be a Meta Analysis, Deck Tech, or Theorycraft, it all keeps me up to speed, even if I can't be playing the game at the time. League doesn't really have that. The eSports site is starting to get better at doing such things, but even then, its not consistent, nor do they cover the span that sites like SCG do.

That's why I want to start just such a website for League. However, I have no clue where to start. I don't know quite where I can find people willing to write articles, that are also reputable sources. So I was wondering, does anyone have any advice for me? I am going to try and contact a few people, but I'm just a bit timid. If you want to write some content, have a person in mind, want to help, or just have some general advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I would love a red response, maybe a stamp of approval :D, I would cry. I have been thinking about doing this for ages, but I have finally just worked up the strength to pursue it. Thank you!

tl;dr I am making an Article Site for LoL and am looking for some help on how to go about doing so.

Edit: I know about sites like Surrenderat20 and such, but they don't have in-depth articles, and they aren't very consistent. I am making one, not looking for one :D.
