Hey, For a while I have been brainstorming different kits to help balance out his kit, and so far, this one is out of the ballpark, the best one. Not only could it help balance him out a bit, but it also fits his identity, and is a champion, I think people would be excited to play. So without further ado, here it is:

Passive: Your overall field of view is reduced by 25%. Enemies within 125% of your normal Field of Vision will be revealed unless they are not moving. They can only be seen by Lee Sin, and does not effect stealthed champions. After using 4 abilities, Lee Sin's Next basic attack heals him, and if the target is marked, he gains Energy, and the heal is tripled.

Remove secondary abilities.

Q - Initial Damage (Toned Up) + Marks them, similar to live. W - Jump to a unit granting you and the target (If an allied Champion) a shield and consuming the mark from q dealing execute damage (Enemy) and lowering the cooldown to 2 seconds. Normal cooldown high. E - Combines old E (Toned Values), If affected champions are marked, the mark is consumed, and enemies are silenced and take additional damage equal to how much movement speed they lost. R - Affects all Enemy Champions within a certain radius with Temporary Blindness, applying the mark from q, reducing their field of vision by 10% and also blinding Lee Sin for 20 seconds. During this time , Lee Sin may activate this ability again to reset the cooldown on his Basic Abilities, this may be used once for each target affected with Temporary Blindness after a 2 second cooldown, each time he does this however, he loses 10% of all his stats for the duration.

That Ult does need some work, but I feel it fits his Identity more. This kit will not only force Lee Sin to make more decisions about how, where, and when he jumps, and also creating a weakness in his lack of Hard Crowd Control Effects. what do you think?I think with a little more work, and Ironed out values, this could keep Lee a rewarding champ, but not an oppressive Jack of All Trades. What do you think?
