I think it's silly to presume that trying to explain a side will lead to flaming. That's not the community we're trying to rebuild here.
definetly no , ap champs already have the best items, giving them moonflair will lead to ap's manning up every lane cause they can build everything at the same time (both offense and defense, not to mention the cost effectiveness)
