I think Feral Flare was a little over-nerfed
IMO not enough sustain on the new version.

Yea, I'm not sure these nerfs are accomplishing what they want. FF was too strong and was pushing out other jungle picks from viability, but now the nerfs are making it so FF isn't worth and those junglers are getting pushed out. Definitely a problem going on with jungle itemization and picks going on right now, but I think that if we give them enough time and let them adjust while we try to give them solid feedback they'll get it sorted out soon(TM).
Either the passive nerf or the stat nerf. Not both at once.
I prefer the passive nerf, with a twist: The heal now scales with stacks again, but only +1 heal per 3-5 stacks. So, what OP said. :D
I'd make it every 2-3 stacks for 1 HP. That's still +33 to +50 by the time you hit 100 stacks for 43/60 HP per hit. (And last I checked, that's about 10% Life Steal off a fully build ADC's Crit with IE in the late game -WITH- the 2-stack for 1 HP build)
Viewing it another way, how IS Flare doing so much compared to say BloodThirster or the like...?
I had decided not to play more to this game until she was balanced the FF. Now I can reinstall it.
